Returns
- Preschool Books: You may return preschool books within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused and in the same condition as received. They must also be in their original packaging.
- Academic Books for Schools: Returns of academic books for schools will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
